    Great experience every time!
They customize our appetizers when we have large parties!

Celebrating my M.I.L.'s 91st birthday. Should have been a great night but let me start by saying that the food and service was (negative 5) and here's why. Sat at a table with view of kitchen. Watched our food sit under the heat lamp for 20+ minutes. And then it comes to the table and it's luke warm. The salad was wilted from baking in the artificial light. The marinara on the ravioli was crusty. The chowder was cold. Complained to manager. Then the waiter never came back to the table. We were there 2.5 hours. Only saving grace was that Elizabeth covered the tab for the meal. And she went to the store  and bought a Red Velvet cake and flowers  for her and presented it to her at the table.  Elizabeth I commend you for going above and beyond .... thank you!!

Fugazzis for tacos was much better at the Tulare location.  My halibut tacos lacked salt and was really bland.  I found the fish dish to be disappointing.   I really don't want to travel to Tulare for tacos so I think I will just go to Rubio's Bar and grill for fish tacos in town instead.

The lighting works to this place's advantage. Seems ok, but don't look too closely! Dirty table pieces, crusted food on the dishes, dirty, sticky tables and menus. The service here is NOT worth the food. If anything, call in and pick up your food and LEAVE. We waited 55 minutes for two wedge salads that turned out to be less than mediocre. On a Thursday at 11am BEFORE the lunch rush. The waiters are always polite but you can be easily forgotten. Please save yourself the experience and go somewhere else or call in an order.

I liked Fugazzi's when it was an Italian restaurant.  This reincarnation into an American restaurant not too much.  The service was good but I think they sat us in a section that wasn't open yet but not a big deal.  Our waiter was very nice and checked in on us often with updates on our meals.  The bread they give you is good as always.  My meal was meh.
I had the tortellini in pesto.  I know it's just a cheese ball but that what it tasted like.  I think it was ricatta but had no discernable flavor.  The pesto wasn't seasoned enough. It definitely did not have enough garlic in it.
I may come back again but probably star clear of their pasta offerings.
